Shipping and Returns

Returns & Refunds Policy

At Adenbora , we want you to shop with confidence. The following terms apply to all purchases made through our online store.

1. Right of withdrawal – 30 days

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, you have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order to notify us of your decision to withdraw.

To exercise this right, you simply need to:

2. Conditions of eligibility for return

  • Items must be returned in a resalable condition: you can try them on/inspect them as in a store, but any use beyond this simple inspection may result in a markdown.
  • Labels, accessories and instructions must accompany the product.
  • Original packaging is only required if strictly necessary for resale (e.g. sealed packaging for hygiene reasons).

3. Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal

  • Perishable or quickly consumed foodstuffs;
  • Customized items according to your specifications;
  • Sealed goods that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed (e.g. underwear, beauty products).

4. How to return your product to us?

  1. Request your prepaid return voucher :
    Send an email to contact@adenbora.co with your order number and the item(s) concerned. If your request is eligible, we will send you a prepaid Colissimo label by return email.
  2. Then prepare your package, ideally in the original packaging.
  3. Attach the order number and (if possible) a copy of the receipt.
  4. Drop off the package at the relay point or post office indicated on the label.
  5. If you prefer to use your own carrier, send your return to:

Return shipping costs: If you use the prepaid label provided, return shipping costs are fully covered by Adenbora. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the item.

5. Refunds

We will refund all amounts paid (including the initial standard delivery) within 14 days of receiving your decision to withdraw or, where applicable, the returned package.

The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase, unless you expressly agree to another method at no additional cost.

6. Exchanges

If you would like an exchange (size, color, product replacement), please contact us first at contact@adenbora.co . The new item will be shipped upon receipt of the original product and subject to availability.

7. Items on sale or on sale

Items purchased on sale or during the sales period benefit from the same rights of withdrawal and refund as items at normal price.

8. Purchases marked as gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the amount of the return. Otherwise, a refund will be issued to the person who paid for the order.

9. Legal guarantee of conformity & hidden defects

Regardless of the right of withdrawal, Adenbora remains bound by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 to L217-32) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). These guarantees apply free of charge to the buyer for 2 years from delivery of the goods.
