Shipping Policy
1. Order processing
Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days after payment validation. During promotional periods, this period may be extended by an additional day.
2. Origin of the shipment
All packages are shipped from our partner warehouse in Shenzhen, China . Final delivery is handled by the local postal carrier (La Poste in France, Bpost in Belgium, USPS in the United States, etc.).
3. Delivery times
Transit times vary depending on the destination; they are on average between 7 and 20 working days and can, in rare cases, reach 35 working days (customs control, logistics peaks).

5. Package tracking
An email with an international tracking number is sent upon shipment. Tracking information is available on 17track.net and, once it arrives in your country, on the local carrier's website.
6. Taxes & customs duties
For shipments to France and most EU countries, VAT is included. Outside the EU (French Overseas Territories, Switzerland, USA, etc.), import duties and taxes may be charged by customs authorities; these remain the customer's responsibility.
7. Unclaimed packages / incorrect address
Any package returned for reasons of “unclaimed” or “incomplete address” may be reshipped; the actual return shipping costs will be charged, even if the first delivery was free.
8. Delay or delivery problem
If your tracking remains unchanged for more than 15 business days, please contact us. An investigation will be opened with the carrier; a replacement or refund will be offered within 7 days of the investigation.

We currently ship to France, the European Union, Switzerland, the French Overseas Territories, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, and several other countries. For any destination not listed, please contact us.

still in dispute for refund. the watch doesn't work properly. pressure is made in the start chrono button and doesn't work properly. vídeo have been sent to the seller.

The watch is generally well made, but the watch clearly falls short of those rave reviews that are massively published on the ad page. The dial with the claim to the "skeleton" mechanism is actually a pure decoration. In general, the price of watches is clearly too high.

This is a Tsar Bomba watch. I saw the review through YouTube and bought it in a half way, but I am very satisfied. I bought it on time, but I think I bought it at a discount of about 40,000 won. Richard Milo at this price I think you can buy the product you faced, but the weight of the watch is a little heavy. Ndah Kronot pusher and the head work well properly. It is also very easy to time other colors I would like to have it. If you like this style of design, it is highly recommended, but it is short or small I highly recommend that you may not be a good fit for you.
